It’s time for celebrations for Shahid Kapoor

Shahid Kapoor is in a mood to celebrate. Amongst all his films, 'R… Rajkumar' has got the biggest opening. Ecstatic and over the moon, Shahid has invited the who’s who of the industry to celebrate his success. Apparently, the actor asked his team of managers to arrange a big bash at Mumbai’s suburban five-star hotel today for people who have stood by him. Apart from family, friends and the cast of 'R… Rajkumar', the actor has sent personal invitations to bigwigs like Salman Khan and Sridevi.

“The last time Shahid had a party was a couple of years ago on his birthday in Goa. After a series of flop films, this is the first film that has got him back in action. And that is enough reason to thank his filmmakers and celebrate the occasion,” says a source close to Shahid.

Word is that the list includes the names of  his once upon a time “close friend” Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan and Bipasha Basu. Lets see if the women decide to let bygones be bygones and come together to celebrate Shahid’s success.
