‘1’ to arrive on time: Producers

Brushing aside the rumours of a delay, the makers of Mahesh Babu-starrer '1 Nenokkadine' confirm that the film will hit the screens on January 10 as planned.

“Our film has been given a U/A certificate and it will release in the highest number of screens, a first ever in Telugu cinema,” informs producer Ram Achanta.

“Mahesh’s performance and Sukumar’s screenplay will be the film’s highlights,” adds the producer.

About the tie-up with corporate company Eros, he says, “When we were shooting at London Bridge, they had come to the location to watch. Later, they asked to hop on board the project.” Ram also adds that his film is the only Telugu film to be shot at the iconic location. After the release, there are plans to dub the film in several languages.

“For now, we will release it with subtitles in overseas regions,” says Anil Sunkara, one of the producers. On the film taking so long to complete, he explains, “It has a lot of action scenes, which take longer to shoot.”
