Now, Nagababu under attack
Fans slam Pawan’s “ungrateful” brother, a day after his statement
Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan’s brother Nagababu’s statement that the fans were all with Chiranjeevi and that they would not support Pawan in the upcoming polls hasn’t gone down well with the latter’s fans. There is now widespread resentment over all this unfolding a day before Pawan was to launch his party, Jana Sena. Many fans even feel that Chiranjeevi put Nagababu up to it.
Nagababu has, till date, remained neutral in the family feud. On a TV show recently, he said that Pawan had financially helped him. He had almost become bankrupt when he had made Orange and it was Pawan who had bailed him out. Now, the fans feel that Nagababu has forgotten all that help he had from Pawan.
Hiring Fans?
It has also been claimed that when Nagababu launched his son Varun Tej into films recently, he had "invited" fans. "He spoke to the district heads of the fans’ associations, but they were not interested. Nagababu then arranged for a few people, and paid for their travel and food," says a source, adding that these days "most of the fans are with Pawan Kalyan".
"Without any big fan support, how can Nagababu talk about the fans being with Chiranjeevi?" asks the source.
