Father uses his kids to create these surreal photos

 

Mumbai: A 44-year-old IT director at a Swiss university, John Wilhelm, is a photographer with a passion for digital art. Some of his wonderfully creative photo manipulations are of his girlfriend Judith and his three daughters — five-year-old Lou, three-year-old Mila and six-month-old Yuna.

 

Surreal and eclectic, John’s pictures of his three little girls depict various scenes — including an adorable one of Little Red Riding Hood howling along with the Big Bad Wolf, among others. John told Boredpanda that it was “watching a little too much television and playing too many videogames when he was a kid” that inspired him. John goes on to explain that while most images are heavily manipulated, not all of them are compositions. “If an image works straight out of the camera I just improve it (beauty retouching, cleanup, level corrections, sharpening, colours and tones, emphasise light, etc.).

 

What I really love is to bring different images together to create something completely new,” John says, explaining his manipulation techniques. He thinks that  if you have a healthy emotional connection with your kids they can feel if something is important to you then they cooperate.
