iPhone 6 launch: Apple blocks employee vacations
To stimulate sales for the new flagship handset, Apple cancels staff holidays
Mumbai: September is usually that time of the year, when Apple announces their new stuff. This September, as per official reports, Apple will be announcing the most-awaited and much anticipated iPhone 6.
However, Apple has been taking this launch a bit too seriously. The manufacturer has been reportedly denying all employees of their vacations, simply to spur the sales of the new handset.
An article on SoftPedia states that iFun.de reported Apple denying its employees of their vacations because of the iPhone 6 release.
Usually, September quarter is when Apple releases new products and we are expecting the much anticipated iWatch, a refreshed Apple TV, an all-new MacBook Air with a 12-inch Retina display, and new iPad tablets. Reports also state that the Apple TV refreshment and iWatch might not make an appearance this year. We do not have any official news from the manufacturer apart from the iPhone release.
