Meet the woman who has slept with 10,000 men
Gwyneth Montenegro, in her book reveals the truth behind the sordid sex industry
Mumbai: Gwyneth Montenegro, who worked as an escort in Australia claims to have slept with more than 10,000 men in her written tell-all book, according to Huffington Post. Her book is titled '10,000 Men And Counting' and it reveals the truth behind the sordid sex industry.
Montenegro, was brought up by devout Christians, but she became a high-end escort by the age of 21 and made between $500 and $1,000 for just an hour's work.
In her account, she has written about how she was flown to luxury locations by men, spent thousands and thousands on cars and clothes, admitting "it was a lifestyle of cocaine, speed and French champagne". However, despite the luxury, Montenegro said if she had got another chance she wouldn’t have had chosen this road for her.
She also mentions in her book that what led to her becoming a sex worker is indeed tragic. Montenegro was gang-raped during a night out at a club. Along with her lust for money and low self-esteem, she began off tabletop dancing before going into sex work.
Montenegro, retired at the age of 33 from her escort job after she met her now business partner. She wrote she had tried to give up her job by becoming a pilot. However, she was forced to return to the sex industry after she was diagnosed with kidney failure and was refused a new pilot licence.
