Beijing: Chinese Condom-like ice pops, branded as 'Bubble Cream' has been condemned by local parents.

Pops, which is packaged in a rubber sheath, requires tasters to bite through the tip, Global Times reported.

The controversy began after a net user uploaded snaps of children buying the ice-pops from stand in Faku county on his Sina Weibo account and said that he would have felt embarrassed to eat it as an adult, let alone giving it to a child.

Another parent said that he is finding it difficult to explain his "little" kid, why he shouldn't eat the ice pop.
