Mumbai: Here are three very tasty, and one 'healthy' cocktail recipes that'll give you more than 'happy hours' this weekend. 
 
Mango Pepper Margarita:
 
Ingredients: 
60 ml tequila
90 ml fresh mango pulp
10 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce 
 
Method:
Blend all the ingredients and pour into a margarita glass. If you have a few pieces of the mango left over, use for a garnish.
 
Raspberry Cooler:
 
Ingredients: 
A glassful of sparkling wine
10 ml raspberry puree
10 ml cranberry juice 
 
Method:
Build up all the ingredients in a champagne flute. Serve immediately. 
 
Whisky Smash:
 
Ingredients:
60 ml whisky
10-12 mint leaves
A mint sprig for the garnish
10 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
 
Method:
Muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and sugar syrup in a roly poly cocktail glass. Top with whisky and garnish with mint sprig.
 
Satish Fernandes suggests a warming drink for the monsoon:
Marvellous Mumbai Mary
 
Ingredients:
40 ml Absolut Citron 
1 small spoon red chilli paste
6 drops Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)
10 ml fresh citrus juice 
1 bar spoonful Horseradish
A pinch of sea salt
A pinch of coarse black pepper
A pinch of hot smoked paprika
One small pinch cumin
One pinch garam masala powder
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of crushed coriander seeds
3 celery sticks
1 cherry tomato (for the garnish)
 
Method
Pour all ingredients in a Boston shaker. Shake well and serve.
