Mumbai: The sky is his shelter and his friends are the stray dogs around him.
Yet Kamala Lochan Baliarsingh, 60, spares the little food that he gets with these stray canines, all with a smile.
His source of income, if at all, is by cleaning the platforms by collecting plastic bottles.
Redefining kindness, shall we say?
