Mumbai: Ileana D’Cruz’s flat in Lanco Hills, Manikonda, is said to be worth Rs 1.25 crore. And the actress, who has been focusing on Bollywood movies, is considering selling this property. There are four people who are currently interested in the well-furnished flat. Moreover, with the state divided, the prices of property in and around Hyderabad is said to be on the decline. After consulting a few real estate experts, Ileana felt that there was no point in retaining a piece of property here. Sources say that her mother, Sameera, has met a few prospective buyers.
