Puneet Issar is playing a cruel game: Renee Dhyani
Renee Dhyani is not very happy about her early exit
Mumbai: Renee Dhyani, the Roadies motor mouth is the latest contestant to be ousted from the Big Boss house and is admittedly, not very happy about her early exit. “I wish, I could have stayed longer for a week or so. This was really unexpected,” says a morose Renee adding, “I wanted to show my non-fake version to the masses. People think that I’m a tomboy and this was my chance to exhibit other sides of my personality. People maintained a one-hand distance from me because they knew that I have a sharp tongue and kuch ulta kiya iske saath, toh bawaal machaegi,” (if they messed with me, I’d make a noise) she adds.
About co-contestants in the house she says, “Puneet Issar is playing a cruel game. He wants things to be done his way and if contestants refrain from following his strategies, they are handpicked and cast aside.”
Diandra Soares and Upen Patel are the other two contestants Renee believes stand out in the group. According to her, the former is being upfront while the latter has a hidden side. “Upen has an aggressive streak, which he is yet to show the audience. He should be more open about his emotions and unveil his true self before it’s too late,” she asserts.
Renee ruffled a few feathers when she refused to colour her hair blonde for a task, which would allow Karishma Tanna to meet her mother. “I did not refuse out and out, viewers can check the live feed if they want. But colouring my hair completely blonde was a major decision. I started visualising my parents, and the thought was emotionally traumatising,” she says.
Does she regret not having a strategy to stay put in the house? “I don’t mince words to play games. But when my time came to rule, I was shown the door,” she vents.
So what’s next for her? “I was halfway shooting for a film, when I was offered BB. So I will resume my shoot. With the kind of platform that the show has given me, I’ll try to stay in the limelight on a regular basis now.”
