It’s fake: A fake matrimonial account of actor Ali Fazal

Actor Ali Fazal recently got the shock of his life when a friend informed him that someone had made a fake profile of his on a matrimonial site. Ali, who didn’t believe it at first, was more shocked than surprised when he saw it for himself.

“Initially, I found it funny, but I realised that it could have serious repercussions. I assumed that my friends did it because they were the first to inform me about the profile.

However, I am now sure they did not because I have received a few queries (from prospective brides’ families),” says Ali, adding that he thinks that someone might also be out to cheat people in his name.
