YouTube seems to have turned Santa this month! After releasing its offline version in India, YouTube is now ready to add a cool new feature.

The new feature is a tool to make six second animation GIFs from a video on YouTube. The GIF tool will appear below the video, next to where the Share, Embed and Email options sit. Clicking on the GIF option flashes a slider on the video timeline that lets you select a limited length of the video for turning it into a GIF.

Though, YouTube has not officially announced anything about the GIF tool, but a few channels already have the feature embedded in them. Therefore, we are expecting the feature to be launched soon for everyone.
