She says, “I always wanted to act, but not in movies, something that will have continuation, where I can live someone else’s life through my character; and theatre was the best option for me. Besides this, it also helped me improve my public speaking skills.”

Meanwhile for yoga therapist Manisha Nair, theatre is a way to get involved in story telling. “I’m a story enthusiast whether it is listening to a story or telling a story, I want to be a part of it. In theatre, you bring in a lot of elements together and create a different reality.”

Entrepreneur Ankit Bakshi  adds, “Theatre helps me know more about myself I get to know my strength, weakness, where I excel and where I don’t. Also, theatre lets you be your best, since it is a medium that can’t afford mistakes.”
