Meet Sophie, the cutest white belt, martial arts student you’ll ever see. Don't let this pint-size pupil fool you. She may be the youngest member of the Leeds Taekwondo & Premier Martial Arts Center in England, but could probably take you in a fight.

If you're training seriously, you need to recite your creed before every lesson. Be prepared to be impressed and also to melt while watching the video.
