How to purify your lungs in 3 days

The three day cleansing ritual will purify the lungs and increase fresh flow of blood. 

 

* Start the process of detoxification by eliminating consumption of dairy products. Toxins from dairy products need to banished completely.
 
* Drink a cup of herbal tea before going to bed prior to the day of commencing the lung cleanse. The tea will help release the toxins from the intestines.

* Drink a glass of water stirred with two lemons before breakfast.
