Watch: Frozen waves make global warming seem more real than ever

New England's freezing temperatures have aused a semi-frozen wave phenomenon

As USA battled with one of the coldest winters, a photographer captured a rare phenomenon — frozen waves.
 
The video shows the photographer walking along the beach in Nantucket which is located in Massachussets when he saw the frozen ocean. The pictures were also posted on Instagram where he said,  the waves would rise to between two and three feet.

The waves look like a slurpy as the freezing sea water hits shore at about -2 degree Celsius. The phenomenon was captured in February, which was recorded to be the one of the coldest months in history in United states.
