London: A proposed new law in the US state of Minnesota aims to make masturbating into someone's hot drink a crime. Earlier people could get away with the disgusting act after a man who allegedly put semen into his co-worker's coffee saw his case dismissed, the Daily Star reported.
The man, from Blaine, Minnesota, was initially charged with two gross misdemeanor counts i.e. fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct and attempted fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct. The men had admitted ejaculating onto her desk on four occasions and twice into her coffee in a six month period but the charges were dropped by a judge, who said the crime required nonconsensual touching of the victim's intimate parts.
The bill passed by the House Public Safety committee, would see putting bodily fluids into a substance intended for human consumption become a crime.
The severity of the crime would increase if it was done for sexual gratification or if the victim was a crime. (
