This video of a dog who had fallen into hot tar will make you think his story ends very badly. But thanks to some amazing rescue workers, the story (thankfully) doesn't end here. The helpless street dog tumbled into the steaming gooey tar that is used to make roads. Unable to escape, and clearly in distress, the petrified animal was fortunately spotted by a passer-by who contacted Animal Aid Unlimited.
The team from Animal Aid Unlimited were contacted and after two days and three hours of massaging vegetable oil into his skin, they finally managed to remove all the thick layer of tar.Watch as it takes Animal Aid Unlimited in India two days to remove the tar from this fallen dog, restoring it to good health.
