Fans of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein can get ready for a new twist on the show. We hear that Anita Hassandani who plays Shagun will turn surrogate mother for Raman (Karan Patel) and Ishita’s (Divyanka Tripathi) baby in the show. The makers are trying to deal with the change in a very delicate manner.
