Washington D.C: To promote the importance of inner beauty, female students of Trinity Academy in Wichita, Kansas, came up with the idea to cover the mirrors with paper and write inspiring message over it.
Bible verses, like "Your beauty should not come from outward adornment such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of jewelry or fine clothes," that promote inner beauty were written over the mirror by the students, reports Seventeen.com.

Criticising the act by claiming that this is just another way the religious schools encourage girls to cover up, a Jezebel reader said that it seems like they're papering over the mirror because they can't go all out and ask the girls to wear paper bags themselves and being told that a person's beauty should not come from outward, adornment sounds like more exhausting, shaming and policing.
