There’s science behind what your weight is, and it all starts with working out. No, just because you jogged for a bit doesn’t mean you can go eat a bunch of fast food. Actually losing or maintaining weight depends on weight, age, fitness level, heart rate and a lot of other things.

So, the folks over at EliteDaily studied a typical 68kg person to see what they can and should eat following a workout. Here’s what they came up with.

60m of zumba = 1 bowl of Ramen noodles

1 hour of indoor cycling = 1.5 slices of cake
1 hour of yoga = ½ plate spaghetti with Marinara sauce
1 hour of brisk walking = Less than one container of French fries
1 hour of Pilates = 1 fried chicken drumstick
1 hour of freestyle swimming = 2.3 chocolate covered doughnuts
1 hour of kickboxing = 3 slices of pepperoni pizza
1 hour of running at 9.5 km an hour = 2.3 cheeseburgers
