Vijay’s new film titled Khaki?

Even as Puli, which got mixed reviews from the critics is running in theatres, actor Vijay is quick to complete his upcoming flick, Vijay 59 (tentatively titled). The action family drama, directed by Atlee of Raja Rani fame and produced by S Thanu, has two leading ladies Amy Jackson and Samantha. Apparently, it is learnt that Vijay will be essaying a cop in the film. Titles play a significant role when it comes to A Lister actors. Earlier, Rajinikanth’s cult classic Moondru Mugam was considered among other titles for this movie.
However, if close sources are to be believed, the flick is aptly titled Khaki, since Vijay will be seen as a powerful police officer in a dual dimensional role. Veteran filmmaker Mahendran has been roped in to play a role with grey shades. Radikaa Sarath Kumar and KS Ravikumar are also part of the cast. It is a milestone 50th film for composer GV Prakash and Vijay has crooned two numbers in the movie.
