The actor celebrated his birthday with his fans and loved ones as the clock struck 12. SRK has given us some of the most memorable and biggest blockbusters in the Indian cinema. The actor, who is known for his quick comebacks and wit, restored people's faith in fairytale love stories with his charming performances. Today, we all know who Shah Rukh Khan is and what makes him 'The King of Bollywood' but what about his firsts that got him where he is today? The actor's first advertisement

SRK, who is known as the King Khan of advertisement by his fans, featured in Liberty shoes’ 1988 advertisement. The star did this advertisement while he was still shooting for ‘Fauji’.

The time he first appeared on a television show

In 1989, a young talented man stepped into the world of television as Abhimanyu Rai in ‘Fauji’ and conquered audience’s hearts. Here’s a quick fun fact: If it wasn’t for production delays, ‘Dil Dariya’ would have been SRK’s television debut, instead of ‘Fauji’.

The time when SRK and Gauri graced the screen together

The Cinthol advertisement, where we see SRK and Gauri’s adorable chemistry, won hearts all over the India and soon enough, the two became the power couple of Bollywood.

After making his mark on the small screen, Shah Rukh Khan moved on to become the King of Bollywood. The actor made his debut in the Indian cinema with director Raj Kanwar’s ‘Deewana’ in 1992. Just like him, his entry in the film was equally legendary. The actor made his entry on a bike with song ‘Koi Na Koi Chahiye’ playing the background.

The first time SRK made everyone fall in love with dark characters

Apart from becoming the man of every girl’s dream, SRK also happens to be the one who got audiences fall in love with darker roles with equal affection and admiration. The actor, who owns several properties in India; including his well-known house ‘Mannat’ in Mumbai, an elegant apartment in London and a villa on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, bought his first house after the success of his film ‘Deewana’. The actor brought his first house, a three bedroom living space at Amrit Apartments on Carter Road, Mumbai.

SRK, who’s fondly known as Raj or Rahul, will be seen using a new name on the silver screen for the very first time. We’ll see the actor playing the role of Aryan Khanna in his upcoming film ‘Fan’.
