The biggest south Indian hit Baahubali, which is expected to bag many awards with respect to various technical departments, has been rejected from being screened at the Panorama section of the 46th International Film Festival of India 2015. We heard that the movie did not meet the criteria required for being exhibited at the festival. According to a source, around 25 films have been selected to be screened at the Panorama section, which are mostly from the Hindi and Bengali industries. The fest will be held from November 20 to 30 in Goa. Interestingly, five films were sent from Tollywood, and we hear that none of them could impress the jury.
Meanwhile, there is speculation doing the rounds for the sequel of the film, which will be helmed by Rajamouli. The presences of Madhuri Dixit, Vidya Balan, and others in the second part are some of the rumours associated with this. Though it was announced that the second installment would be released next year, it looks like the movie would be completed only by 2017.
