Most employees prefer the work-from-home option
Seventy per cent of the women said this was a key factor in deciding to take up the job.

New Delhi: Work-from-home is a preferred option for most employees, as a majority of candidates said that they would favour companies that offered the facility over those that did not, says a survey.
According to a survey by job portal Wisdomjobs.com, 70 per cent of the women surveyed said the option play a key role in deciding if they would join the company or not.
Moreover, 40 per cent of male participants also said considering all other things remain the same, they would choose a workplace that allowed work-from-home over one that had rigid office hours.
