Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale has opened to brickbats from the critics. Not a stranger to harsh reviews, Rohit confessed that he doesn’t even read them anymore. “I don’t read reviews because I get slammed every time. It’s better that I don’t.”
Critics panning his films have never affected Rohit Shetty’s box office collection though. With a hint of a laugh he says, “The first or second time that my film was panned, I was much younger but this is the eleventh time that it’s happening, so I am sitting here and laughing. It’s about having a certain choice; I cannot say that they’re (critics) wrong and I am right because I am catering to a different audience. They probably want me to do something different. I am done with reacting to reviews. I am mature now and don’t get affected. I am okay with it.”
