Watch: Dad scares daughter with clever elf costume

The holiday season is a time not just for festivities but also light-hearted and practical jokes. But this guy in the video took Christmas pranks to another level altogether. He managed to shock his little daughter by making her believe he was riding on the shoulders of an elf!

The video shows the smart dad put on an elf costume that makes it appear as if a dwarf-life creature or elf is carrying him on his shoulders. He also does some great acting – swaying to and fro as if trying to maintain his balance and nonchalantly drinking from a coffee mug.

His little daughter quickly runs to her mother and is heard pleading to her mother to not leave her. Of course she doesn’t know that her parents are just having some fun at her expense.
