Casual chokers have always been our favourite accessory, adding sass to street style. Fashionistas, are going gaga over this. Do try these with off shoulder garments to make it look more elegant and appealing.
What are the things you should watch out for while buying it?
Check with the neckline as chokers sit around the neck, if it’s loose the beauty of the neckpiece is lost and if its extremely tight you might feel suffocating.
Access the length and width of your neck and then choose the neckpiece. Before you begin shopping for a choker, make sure you’ve recorded your neck measurements. When you try one on, keep in mind that the best positioning for a choker is on, or just above, the collarbone. Select a colour which suits best for your skintone.
What kind of neckline should be used ?
A longer, more slender neck can wear chokers with more detail and gems.
If you have a wider neck, it is best to go for something a bit simple. If you have a short neck, it’s best to avoid wearing chunky chokers. For an oval shaped face, necklaces of all shapes, lengths and styles is suitable.
