Finally! Ranveer Singh's look from Padmavati is out and it's menacing!

Mumbai: Ranveer Singh is known to experiment with his looks with every film of his. The actor went stark bald for his role as Peshwa Bajirao in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani,' and also sported a moustache and rugged hairstyle for 'Gunday'.

The actor, whose upcoming release, SLB's highly ambitious 'Padmavati,' has been in the news for multiple reasons, having cast Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone alongside him.

And now, the actor's much awaited first look from the film is out!

The actor came sporting the look at a recent Awards night.

A well groomed, dense beard flanked by an equally dense kohl to augment his eyes- Ranveer Singh was every bit the antagonistic Alauddin Khilji that he is to portray in the film.

The film has Aditi Rao Hydari playing his wife, with Deepika as the eponymous Queen Padmavati.

Shahid Kapoor plays Deepika's husband, Rana Rawal Ratan Singh.

Ranveer was last seen in Aditya Chopra's 'Befikre,' alongside Vaani Kapoor.

Ranveer, who's inarguably the most sought after young star in the industry today, is very much at the top of his game.

'Padmavati,' which also stars Jim Sarbh, is set for a Diwali 2017 release.
