Pooja Hegde diagnosed with dengue, under house arrest
The actress is down with dengue and will have to miss out on promotional events.
Pooja Hegde, the leading lady opposite Hrithik Roshan in Mohenjo Daro may have had a great start to her career with the meaty project, but unfortunately the actress won’t be able to bask in the limelight just yet. Pooja has been diagnosed with dengue, which means that she will have to abandon a few promotional events and media appearances before her big release.
A source revealed, “It was three to four days ago that she was diagnosed with dengue. She was unwell for a few days and decided to undergo a few tests. She had already committed and given her nod to multiple photo shoots and appearances, but will now have to back out. The makers of the film have, however, been very cordial, asking her to take her time to recover before jumping back into action.”
Everyone knows how Hrithik graciously introduced her to everyone at the trailer launch of Mohenjo Daro. He had said, “The last time I was paired opposite a debutante was for my own debut film. It feels great to introduce Pooja to the audience. She is a lovely girl to work with, very talented and hard working. I’m sure a lot of love and warmth will come her way.”
