The many shades of Saif Ali Khan
Moving from pure white, he seems to be going for grey too
seems to be juggling some positive roles and grey characters. In this, he seems to be following in the footsteps of Sanjay Dutt, who has moved on to do negative roles in films like Panipat in the recent past.
While Saif has already bagged the role of Lankesh in Adipurush after he played Udaybhan in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, the actor has a different character in Bhoot Police which vacillates between the white and the grey.
“With roles in films like Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster 3 and Panipat in the recent past and the upcoming Prithviraj, Sanju has made sure that he is the best bad boy in town and it does seem that Saif is trying to catch up fast in terms of the grey characters. His role in Bhoot Police is a spirited one and there is a possibility of him returning as Boris in the second part of Go Goa Gone very soon and whenever the Vikram Vedha remake is done with Aamir Khan for Neeraj Pandey,” say sources. Saif will also play the conman when the next instalment of Bunty Aur Babli — Bunty Aur Babli 2 — releases.
