Kulhad Pizza couple breaks silence on leaked video controversy

The Kulhad Pizza couple that took Punjab by storm because of their unique pizza business has finally broken their silence following a controversial leaked private video discussion over their leaked sexual contents which went viral online everywhere.

This is Talks with Namit podcast show where Sehaj Arora and Gurpreet Kaur were first seen in public after months of being out of the public eye because they had been on the receiving end.

The Controversy

In September 2023, a leaked private video clip featuring the couple in an intimate act went viral, causing an uproar. The video was morphed which led to a lot of criticisms from netizens all over India. In fact, the couple even claimed that it was doctored footage used by extortionists but this did not deter people from circulating it further online thereby ruining their reputation and business completely.

The couple became famous in 2022 when a video of them serving pizza in traditional clay pots called kulhads went viral on social media. Their unique way of doing business with food quickly made them local superstars.

Addressing the Allegations

During an interview on ’Talks with Namit’, the pair responded to claims that they released leaked VDO intentionally to make their restaurant more popular. As she answered these allegations, Gurpreet Kaur said defiantly that “People say we did this for fame. We had fame earlier as well.” She also stressed that working hard from a simple push cart up till now making it into an established eatery had led to their success.

Kaur also revealed the toll the controversy has taken on their business stating that sales at her restaurant have plummeted by 90%. “Which person would do this to themselves?” She questioned how much emotional and monetary loss they have endured due to these incidents.

The Aftermath

The aftermath of leaking out this video was hard enough for Gurpreet who ate very little and hardly left her room during that time according to both members. “We just wished for everything bad happening around us just to be over with!” Sehaj emotionally explained. Despite all the difficulties experienced, they are optimistic and willing to build a new life as well as a business once again.
