Anne Hathaway throws some shade

Anne Hathaway put up and then later deleted a post that she says “unintentionally” threw shade at the Kardashian clan. Praising her Alice Through the Looking Glass co-star Helena Bonham Carter she posted a meme that read, “In a world of Kardashians... be a Helena Bonham Carter.”

After facing flak from some users — one of whom wrote, “Really Anne? You don’t have to put other people down to bring someone up,” — she took down the post. She then posted another meme with this message written on it, “Post removed for unintended shade thrown.”
