Udhayanidi’s Psycho locks release date

Udhayanidhi Stalin had taken a break from cinema after turning into a full-fledged politician since his appointment as the secretary of the Youth Wing of DMK. He is also actively campaigning for the upcoming local body elections.
He will be back in cinema when his psychological thriller titled Psycho in Mysshkin’s direction hits the marquee on Dec. 27. While Udhay reportedly essays a visually impaired named named Gautaman, the story of the film is based on the tale of Angulimala in Buddhist literature.
Aditi Hydari Rao and Nithya Menen are the lead ladies. Director Ram and Shaji Chen have also been roped in for key roles. The film has music by maestro Ilayaraja as the duo is coming together for the third time after Nandalala and Onaayum Aattukuttiyum. “Isaignani Ilayaraja sir’s musical score is sure to elevate the film to the top notch,” says Arun Mozhi Manickam who bankrolls the film. PC Sreeram was initially brought on board for the cinematography but, in a later turn of events, Tanvir Mir replaced him.
