Radikaa Sarathkumar ropes in Vijay Antony

Actress and producer Radikaa Sarathkumar, who is busy juggling between films and TV shows, has finalised her next project for her home banner, Radaan Mediaworks. The multi-faceted actress has announced that she will be teaming up with Vijay Antony for their next production.

Speaking to DC, Radikaa says, “We have just wrapped up the first round of discussions and will announce the rest of the cast and crew of the film in the coming days. This untitled venture will be a commercial entertainer, on the lines of Vijay Antony’s previous films. Shooting of the movie will go on floors from February.”

Vijay Antony also expressed his happiness on Twitter by posting, “Signed my 7th film after #YAMAN for RADAAN @realradikaa madam &@realsarathkumar sir,who introduced me as a music director before 15 years” (sic) Also, elaborating on their collaboration, Radikaa quips, “Vijay Antony is in great form and teaming up with him will be good for us and for the industry as well.”

Actor-producer-composer Vijay, whose Saithaan is running successfully in theatres, has completed shooting for Yaman, directed by Jeeva Shankar. So far, he has acted only in films that he produced himself. This is the first time that the composer-actor will be stepping out of his comfort zone to act for a different production house.
