Keerthy Suresh to wed high school sweetheart

Rumours about her marriage were doing the rounds on Sunday, and when DC got in touch with a source close to the Mahanati actress, the news was confirmed.

The groom, a native of Kochi in Kerala, was Keerthy’s schoolmate, the source shared. Further details about the groom-to-be remain closely guarded. However, a little bird tells us that he is the owner of one of Kerala’s prominent resort chains.

The couple’s mutual love has been sealed by family approval. Keerthy’s father, producer-actor Suresh, and mother, actress Menaka, and the groom’s parents are happy that the relationship is culminating in marriage.
Sources indicate that preparations are underway in Goa for what is likely to be a significant celebration.

In a recent interview with DC, when questioned about marriage rumours, Keerthy had diplomatically said she would “bring it into the open when the right time comes.”

The actress has several projects in the development stage, including her Bollywood debut in Baby John, a remake of Vijay's Tamil film Theri, and Kanni Vedi, Revolver Rita, Uppu Kappurambu, and a web series titled Akka.
