Varthur Santosh, a contestant from Season 10 of Kannada Bigg Boss, recently faced legal trouble when forest department officials apprehended him on the show's set, alleging that he possessed a tiger claw pendant. However, some relief has come his way, thanks to a recent decision by the Bengaluru court.

As reported by media, the Bengaluru court has granted bail to the accused, Varthur Santosh, despite objections from the forest officials. They were concerned about the possibility of evidence tampering or destruction if the accused were to be released.

Santosh, a contestant from Kannada Bigg Boss Season 10, applied for bail on Monday, and the court allowed the prosecution to voice their objections by Wednesday. After a hearing that took place yesterday, the court considered both sides and issued its verdict today.

Santosh's lawyer, Adv. K Natrajan, suggested a possible conspiracy behind the forest department's actions, stating, "We expected to get bail and got it. The forest department had arrested him illegally. He was arrested without even questioning. It looks like a case of conspiracy."

The certainty of Varthur Santosh's return to the Bigg Boss house in Kannada remains uncertain. According to Santosh's uncle, Ramesh, he is pleased with the bail decision made by the Bengaluru court. Ramesh suspects a conspiracy and emphasizes that Santosh's return to the Bigg Boss set will only be determined after he is released from jail.

The Tiger Claw Controversy in Karnataka originated when Varthur Santosh was arrested on the set of Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10 after being found wearing a tiger claw pendant. The pendant was sent for forensic testing, and the results are still pending.

This unexpected tiger claw controversy has led to a broader debate in the state of Karnataka, with prominent actors like Darsha Thoogudeepa, Jaggesh, Rock Line Venkatesh, Nikhil Kumar, and Vinay Guruji also coming under the scrutiny of the forest department.
