Authentic food in Hong Kong would be street food. The flavour is blander in comparison to Indian tastes, but there is a lot of street food everywhere. Beef and pork delicacies are really good here!

This city is really a shopping haven. People from all over travel to Hong Kong to shop. You can pick up chic handbags of diverse international brands which are sold at a much lower price. I went shopping at Causeaway Bay. It had both high-end luxury brands as well as regular ones.

The trains are hands down the best way to travel here. The city has a lot of traffic, and most of the places are quite a distance away. It is more difficult to find your own way as not many people speak English as compared to other cities, but trains are the easiest mode to commute.

There is a very popular area called the Club Street. The place only allows pedestrians, and no cars can enter. Every step you take, different kinds of clubs blare their set of peppy music. You can step into any bar, and listen to all genres — from techno to pop. The area has an unmistakable energy about it, and you can spot many people just standing around on the road, and partying away! That was something I had never experienced before, which was great.

I went to Hong Kong with my girl friends, this a fun place for any gang of girls! The whole atmosphere was one of revelry. There are also many tourist attractions here like Disneyland, even though we didn’t venture there. This city is chilled out, and has a vibrant shopping, partying and food district. We took in the place and its culture completely.
