Avanthika Mohan returns with a laugh riot
Madhumitha, Gana Ulaganathan and Singapore Deepan are part of the supporting cast.
Former Miss Malabar, Avanthika Mohan is back in Tamil after her debut with the experimental ghost film Aalamalaram. The pretty actress earned the reputation of being a performer in Malayalam, and has also worked in Telugu and Kannada. This time around, she has been roped in for the movie Raajavin Paarvai Raaniyin Pakkam, which is said to be a rib-tickling comedy.
“It’s about incidents that happen during a journey, and is a full-fledged comedy flick. I have done a humour film Mr Bean in Malayalam, so I know I have a flair for comedy. I am confident that I will make a mark in K’town with this film,” Avanthika says.
While Aadhava is the hero, Azhaguraj, who is making his foray into tinsel town, directs the movie. Madhumitha, Gana Ulaganathan and Singapore Deepan are part of the supporting cast.
Azhaguraja has worked with several aspiring filmmakers, who have made their successful transition from the small screen to the big screen. He has also wielded the megaphone for popular television show Naalaya Iyakkunar.
