They say that there are no permanent friends and enemies in the entertainment industry. However, a few among the present lot of television stars defy this. Celebrating the spirit of camaraderie, we ask television actors to spill the beans on their best friends in the industry.

Adaa Khan on Shashank Vyas:
I don’t have many friends in this industry. Shashank Vyas is my only friend. He is someone I can completely trust. In fact, I call him my Gyaan Guru. He has always been there for me through my ups and downs. We both love good food and travelling. In fact, we take road trips with our common friends very often. We discuss everything under the sun. Over the years, we have become pretty inseparable.

Sharad Malhotra on Prateek Chakravorty:
Prateek is like my brother from another mother. I lovingly call him Po (from the film Kung Fu Panda). I met him through a common friend. Today, we share a deep bond. The best part is that even if we meet after weeks or months we always pick up from the point where we left off. He is like-minded and passionate about living life to the fullest.”

Karishma Tanna on Arjun Bijlani:
People call us Jai-Veeru looking at the deep friendship we share. We met each other when we were participating in the same reality show. Even though we were part of the same show, none of us had time to interact with other contestants due to hectic rehearsals. But Arjun’s and my rehearsals times always clashed. So during our breaks, we had lunch together. I made sure I save some food from my dabba for Bijli (Arjun) as well.

Poonam Preet on Arhaan Bahll:
My best friend from the TV industry is Arhaan Bahll. We’ve been friends since the time we worked together in the show Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se. The two of us love gossiping all the time. I think the best part about our friendship is that we don’t take each other for granted.

Saurabh Pandey on Gurmeet Choudhary:
My best friend in the entertainment industry is Gurmeet Choudhary. Whenever we meet, I address him as Prabhu Shree Ram since he did his first role was that of Lord Ram in Ramayan. We have been friends since 2005, which is when we started our careers.  He might look rude or arrogant, but he is truly like Lord Rama.

Vahbbiz Dorabjee on Tanvi Thakkar:
We have previously  worked together in Pyar Ki Ek Kahani, and currently we are working on Hamari Bahu Rajnikant. Our bond has strengthened over the years. We both like to eat, so we often go restaurant hopping and bond over some good food. We also go shopping together.
