Vatsal shares the glycerine with the cast of the show.

Vatsal Sheth, the leading man of the newly launched show, Rishton Ka Saudagar — Baazigar essays the role of a suave unpredictable businessman, Aarav Trivedi in the show. Taking a cue from his onscreen character, the actor is frequently seen indulging in pranks on the sets. In fact, the actor has a notorious reputation of a prankster among the cast and crew of the show.

Recently, Vatsal’s co-star Ishita Dutta was seen cribbing to the actor about how it has become impossible for her to do without glycerine since she has a lot of crying scenes on the show. Being the prankster that Vatsal is, he ordered a few bottles of Ayurvedic glycerine and made everyone on the sets — right from the director to the spotboys — use glycerine so that his leading lady doesn’t feel left out. Every time Ishita cried during a scene, everyone behind the camera too cried to give the actress company.  When we contacted Vatsal, he said. “We spend so much time on the sets that it is important for us to have some fun. Taking inspiration from my brother Ajay Devgn, who is known to be the biggest prankster in Bollywood, I also try to lighten the mood on the sets by doing whatever I can without disrupting the shoot. I may have become notorious for pulling nasty pranks on people but I’ve become popular too. So no one’s complaining.”
