It’s going to be a big test for director Sreenu Vaitla as his latest offering Mister hits the screens this Friday. His last two films Aagadu and Bruce Lee didn’t fare too well at the box office and this film is vital for him to come back into the reckoning. It seems the team has timed the film’s release well, with no major release falling on the same day, and a good two week gap before the release of the next big film, Baahubali — The Conclusion.
While Guru and Katama-rayudu are still running in the theatres, they have already made an impact and the buzz surrounding them has mellowed down. Here’s where Mister could have an edge, considering it’s the only big release in this brief gap. The film’s trailer has already generated a great deal of interest and anticipation around Varun’s first comic character has increased by the day.
