Naga Chaitanya's next progresses briskly

And instead of taking a break, he is back to working on his next with debutant director Krishna Marimuthu.

Actor Naga Chaitanya has wrapped up work on Raarandoy Veduka Chuddam, a family entertainer directed by Kalyan Krishna. And instead of taking a break, he is back to working on his next with debutant director Krishna Marimuthu.

The film, a thriller, was in pre-production for very long but shoot has progressed very quickly. “For Chaitanya, this thriller film is something very new. It will also be a switch from light-hearted films like Raarandoy... and Premam. Director Krishna’s film has scope for intensity, and he is looking forward to seeing how the audience receives it,” shares a source. The team will soon begin the third schedule of the film.

Starring Lavanya Tripathi as the female lead and produced by Sai Korrapati, the film is likely to hit the screens sometime in August. Meanwhile, Raarandoy Veduka Chuddam will be hitting the screens on May 19.
