No audio launch for Katamarayudu
Pawan Kalyan's upcoming film will have a grand pre-release event instead.
While grand audio launches have been a norm for the stars of Tollywood, it looks like the Mega family is trying to change the trend. The makers of Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No. 150, Allu Arjun’s Sarrainodu, Ram Charan’s Dhruva, Sai Dharam Tej’s Winner and Allu Sirish’s Srirasthu Subhamasthu all chose to have a pre-release function for the film instead of an audio launch. Nikhil followed suit with Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada.
Now, we hear Pawan Kalyan’s Katamarayudu too will not have an audio launch and the makers have instead planned a grand pre-release event. “They plan to release singles online so that the buzz surrounding the film will intensify. It helps if the songs settle in the minds of the audiences,” shares a source. An official confirmation about the same is awaited.
Pre-release business for the Ugadi release, has begun with the film being bought for high prices.
