Sharwanand's film all set for success
The producers of Padi Padi Leche Manasu have recovered more than half the film's budget via sale of its digital and satellite rights.
Young actor Sharwanand has found success, even before the release of his upcoming film Padi Padi Leche Manasu. Slated for a December 21 opening, the film has already recovered more than half its budget through its digital and satellite rights. The film’s satellite rights, Hindi dubbing and digital rights have fetched Rs 12 crore, which is a career best for Sharwanand.
The film has been directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and stars Sai Pallavi as its female lead. Its recently released song and teaser have also garnered a good response. “The film has shaped up well and the actor is confident that this film is going to be the best of his career,” says a source. As the story is set in Kolkata, most of the movie was shot there. Sai Pallavi, who made her debut with the Telugu film Fidaa, has a sizable Telugu fan following which will also prove advantageous to the film.
