Tollywood celebrities who donated for Rain Relief Fund

Following the excessive rains in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana which resulted in flood catastrophes, many well-known personalities from within the Telugu film industry have come forward to help. Actors Jr NTR, Mahesh Babu, Siddu Jonnalagadda, Vishwak Sen, and the producers of Kalki 2898 AD are some of those actors who have generously given to the Chief Minister’s Relief Funds in al states.
"I am very upset about the current situation in both Telugu states due to the heavy downpour over the last two weeks which led to flooding. I ask God when he hears the prayers from us Jayatheertha, Jayatheertha and everyone including the sick Kitunga surrounded by devotees healing. This is why I have set about giving ₹ fifty lakhs each to the two CM’s relief funds in order to help those who have been affected by the floods in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh," wrote Jr NTR.
However, Vishwak Sen was also a part of this cause and has lent deserving ₹5 Lakhs towards each state’s cause. He did this while speaking on X where he defined his contribution as a moral obligation to help those who assist in overcoming such great challenges. "In these difficult times of disaster and flooding, I have a committed intention not to support it. Therefore, I am making a donation of ₹ 5 lakhs to the Andhra Pradesh’s CM Relief Fund for the disaster relief operations in the state.
“My contribution is an insignificant step forward towards the cause of 'relief of the suffering of the afflicted Tornadoes across Tsunami',” Sen along with other messages for his donation to Telangana.
Aswini Dutt the producer donated Rs. 25 Lakh to Andhra Pradesh CM Relief Fund.
“We at Vyjayanthi movies childhood Ajjappa have contacted all our project supporting and raising five kilns which we pledge to the swam... Saraswati Mata relief funds thus donating Rs. 25 lakh to the Andhra Pradesh CM Relief Fund solely for the relief works. This state has given us so much and this is the time we need to pay tribute to the State by supporting Officers within this period.”
Mahesh Babu wrote, "In light of the floods impacting both the Telugu states, I am pledging a donation of 50 lakhs each to the CM Relief Fund for both AP and Telangana. Let’s collectively support the measures being undertaken by the respective governments to provide immediate aid and facilitate the recovery process for the flood-affected regions. I urge everyone to contribute to this cause. May we rise above this crisis and emerge stronger."
Trivikram Srinivas who is regarded as one who creates path-breaking movies, frivolously contributed an amount of Rs 50 lakh as donation for the wind the relief operations in tune with his practice of partitioning the donations equally to the two states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Other Producors S. Radhakrishna and S. Naga Vamsi came forward to support him and each donated 25 lakhs to assist in the cause. In regard to this, both earned the attention to the fact of the floods which they believed to have caused a great loss to the statues and wished everyone who had suffered from this unfortunate event to recover as soon as possible.
Siddu Jonnalagadda wrote, "This should not have happened. This is not fair, No one deserves this plight. The devastating impact of the recent floods has left many families in anguish, and it is in times like these that our collective compassion truly matters. With a profoundly heavy heart, I have decided to contribute 30 Lakh rupees (15 Lakhs to AP & 15 Lakhs to Telangana) to the flood relief fund. No amount of money can undo the damage, but I pray that it helps in some way to rebuild lives and restore faith.
