Beauty is:
Beauty according to me is being confident in your own skin. I think that’s what makes you the most beautiful.
Skincare regime:
I make sure that I wash my face first thing in the morning and every time I come back home from an event and the last thing in the day. I also moisturize my face before sleeping. I use face wash and follow it up with a moisturizer. Because of my profession, I cannot do without makeup. On the days I am not working, I prefer not wearing any of it at all. If I am stepping out, only use sunscreen and lots of moisturizers.
Cleansing, toning and moisturising:
In my opinion, cleansing, toning and moisturising are very important. My make-up artists, who are my good friends, are essentially my caregivers and caretakers; have always suggested it. It is very important to just let your face breathe.
Home care remedy:
I actually don’t. I genuinely think that papaya is a great fruit for your skin. If you consume papaya regularly you will have great skin.
Vanity essentials:
The moisturiser I use, Emolene. If I am out in the sun, then sunscreen and lip balm.
Beauty must-do:
Drinking a lot of water! It is the solution to everything.
On skin care:
I think it is extremely vital to be taking care of yourself. You should work on your skin if you are uncomfortable or you feel under confident with tanned skin, scars, marks or spots. It is important to be confident and comfortable in your own skin. Your smile is your best asset. Carry that along with your confidence and you are good to go.
On fitness:
Follow a healthy routine in order to put some discipline in yourself. This is my mantra in life. Breathe in, breathe out is my message. We all need to remind ourselves to do that. Take a moment, breathe in breathe out and believe everything is going to be okay.
Message for all:
If you wear your smile with confidence, you are going to look more beautiful than ever before. Your skin related problems should not determine your confidence. It does not have the right to make you feel confident. You should work towards having a better skin for yourself and not to impress others.
