From being a home maker to winning a beauty pageant contest, Shamyuktha has followed a very arduous and strict fitness regime to fulfil her dreams.
In a candid chat, Shamyuktha says, “After marriage, my husband has been a big support. I started my preparations from January. During the month of June I gave the online audition for ‘Mrs India Universe Globe.’ The beauty pageant was held in Pune from November 21 to 27. There were 52 contestants and I was in the Gold category. There were several rounds such as fitness round and talent round. I was overweight and I had to lose 30kgs and follow a strict workout and diet schedule and trainers helped me a lot”.
She added that lot of people think that after marriage it is difficult to pursue your dreams, but even after getting married, people can follow their aspirations. After winning the national title, Shamyuktha Prem is now gearing up for an international pageant to be held next year.
