Mumbai: Add some refreshing and fun mocktails this women’s day weekend to chill with out your gal pals. We bring to you three easy to prepare mocktail recipes at home. Don’t let the celebrations stop.

Mango-Coco Spritzer:

Ingredients

1 Mango – cubes

1/2 green chilli

2 tablespoon sugar 100 ml chilled coconut water

1/4th tablespoon salt

1 lemon for juice (save the wedge)1 tablespoon mango cubes Rosemary

Chilli Powder and salt rim

Step 1

Add cubed mangoes, sugar and chilli in a blender and make puree it.

Step 2

Remove the puree in a bowl; add chilled coconut water, lemon juice, salt

Step 3

Check the flavour and adjust seasoning.

Step 4

Run lemon wedge along the edges of glass and dip in chilli and salt mix.

Step 5

Pour in the mango and coconut mix in glass and add mango cubes. If required add ice or can serve chill.

Step 6

Drop a rosemary strand in the glass.

Delicious Mango

Berry and Me:

1 Cup

Lemonade

1 lemon juice

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen cranberries

Lemonade

1 lemon for lemon juice

3 tablespoon maple syrup

Few berries

Some ice cube frozen with edible flowers (optional)

Step 1

Crush the berries in a blender

Step 2

Add lemon juice, maple syrup and blend again

Step 3

Remove in a Jar, add lemonade, berries and ice cube

Step 4

Serve chill

Berry delight

Pie in my Glass:

Ingredients:

1 apple

1 can ginger ale

½ tablespoon cinnamon

3 tablespoon water

1 ½ tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon sp apple cider

Salt to taste

3-4 raspberries

Step 1

Steam the Apple

Step 2

Peel and Mash, Make Pulp

Step 3

Dissolve Apple Cider, sugar and salt in the water

Step 4

Add the mix to the pulp.

Step 5

Add Apple mix in a Jar, add Ginger Ale

Step 6

Add the Raspberries, Cinnamon Stick for freshness

Step 7

Serve Chill.
